This apartment had great price, we had a separate bedroom. The location was marvellous and brilliant, short walk to the centre of Zadars old town, Zadars old town, and all the best restaurants and bars. Also, it was based right in the heart of the city.

The location in the heart of old town was ideal for us as party people. There were plenty of amazing places to eat nearby, and the apartment itself was clean, homely, and had a fully equipped kitchen. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. We also enjoyed the added bonus of a restaurant discount at Kulf.

The location of this apartment couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of the town but surprisingly quiet. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and decorated, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved the fact that there was a washing machine in the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The property was clean and in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and small stores nearby. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we found the apartment to be quiet and had a great night's sleep. I highly recommend staying at Apartments Santa Lucia Exclusive - we will definitely be back!

While the apartment was lovely overall, there were a few drawbacks. The entrance to the property was a bit mucky and the staircase was quite old and in need of repair.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. the apartment itself was nicely decorated and clean. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for cooking.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too firm. we had to climb four flights of stairs, which was not ideal especially for my pregnant wife.

The main door key also controls the electricity, so everything shuts off when you leave the apartment. This means you can't leave children alone with the TV or lights on, which was inconvenient.
